IT Craft Ltd. (ICL) was launched by the Founder of PRANTIK Group, Eng. Golam Sarwar, in April 2011 with the sole aim of IT Transformation of different sectors through providing Smart Information Technology solutions using most modern tools and technologies. Embarking on a new city and journey in life and upon returning to shore from sailing Engr Md Golam Sarwar invested and established PRANTIK with a single office with an initial staff amounting to five people, now fast forwarding two decades, the company has offices set up not only in Chittagong (head office), but in Singapore and the United States of America as well, complemented by a workshop and a shipyard located in Bhatiyari, Chittagong with a staff of over few hundred people.
